KeymasterHi Chris,
I’m glad you were able to get this working with CSS…I tested out the original snippet and was also getting an error, so I will look into that further.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
We do not currently have a built-in integration with Bandsintown, but you could potentially get this working with a customization.
If you’d like to give the customization a shot, our themer’s guide and functions list are both great resources, and we also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you would like to have the code done for you.
I can see this being a useful integration for some of our other users as well, so we would appreciate it if you could post this as a feature request over in our Feature Ideas Forum. This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
Event Aggregator lets you automatically import from sources like Facebook and Google Calendars, so that might be an option for you as well. The following articles will give you a good overview of how this works and what options are available:
Managing Your Scheduled Imports in Event Aggregator
Event Aggregator Import Settings
How Do Event Aggregator’s Import Limits Work?
Importing Events from a Feed or URL
If you’d like to try doing the integration yourself, I’d recommend trying it out with our free plugin The Events Calendar. We do also offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to test out Event Aggregator and Events Calendar Pro as well! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
You shouldn’t lose any content on your site when switching themes, but we always recommend making a full backup beforehand, just to be on the super-safe side, and also to use a testing environment instead of doing this on your live site. This way, your users won’t see any changes on the front end.
If you don’t have a testing site already, I would recommend the free WP Staging plugin, which will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Another reason to use a staging site is that enabling WP_DEBUG will also cause errors that are being generated to display directly on the site, which is great for testing but is not something that you want to happen on the front end of your live site.
To make sure that you have the correct timezone set, you can go under Settings > General > Timezone from your WordPress Dashboard and make sure that your timezone is selected.
Please let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterAh thanks for clarifying! The events in the main loop are ordered by the event date by default, but we do have a snippet that you can add to the functions.php file of your child theme to order them by the post date instead.
Let me know if this helps!

KeymasterHi Carolyn,
Was this a recurring event in Facebook? I just checked our bug reports again, and we do have a known issue where recurring events are being imported as one event with the start and end dates set as you described. The good news is that the fix is coming out soon, and as soon as that happens, we’ll let you know here! I’ve linked this thread to our internal ticket so that you’ll be notified automatically.
If you are still running into this issue after that time, please let me know, and I do apologize for any issues this has caused on your end!
Jennifer
KeymasterExcellent, I’m glad this is working for you Rick!
Amy, please let me know if this will work for you as well and if there is anything else that I can help with.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jason,
I’m sorry the import isn’t working for you…I tested out the link on my end, and I was getting the event to show up in the preview (see screenshot). Can you try refreshing your Facebook connection? Under Events > Settings > APIs > Facebook, click “Refresh your connection with Facebook”.
If that doesn’t help, then you can try disconnecting (also from that page), and then reconnecting to Facebook. Finally, please enable WP_DEBUG, try importing, and then share any error messages that you see with me.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Danny,
I’m glad to hear that you’re liking the plugins so far! It sounds like you’re looking for the school to buy the tickets for all attendees together (one order), and then have the parents be able to go back in and edit the order (add camping supplies to their child’s ticket). Each ticket would then also need a separate invoice, including the additional supplies. Is that correct?
This would be a pretty involved customization, and your best bet may be to reach out to a developer to have this done. We do have a list of developers that we can recommend (we are only able to provide support here in the forums). Some potential challenges here would be parents being able to edit an order that someone else created and linking other products (like camping gear) to tickets. Since tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products, you might look into some of the WooCommerce add-ons for product-linking functionality.
And finally, generating separate invoices. This would lie within the WooCommerce side of things, since that plugin handles the checkout process.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better solution for you, but I hope this helps point you in the right direction! I would also recommend taking a look at our themer’s guide and functions list, which are both great tools for customizing our plugins.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions, and if you do get this set up, please send us a link! We are always interested in seeing different ways that customers are using our plugins 🙂
Thanks and good luck!

January 9, 2018 at 8:24 am in reply to: It stock on the current month and doesn't show the next month #1421382Jennifer
KeymasterHi Farzad,
I’m sorry that you’re still running into this issue…I just tested again in both browsers but am still not able to recreate the issue. The calendar is showing January when the page loads, and although a wheel does appear for a second or two when clicking to the next/previous month, the month does load.
Is this happening every time you visit the page, or only occasionally? Since I can’t create it on my end and don’t see any other users reporting it so far, can you try running through the steps outlined here to see if there may be something else on your site that is interfering? When this happens, can you check your console to see if any Javascript errors are appearing? If so, please paste them into your reply.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for checking out Event Tickets Plus! You can set the default number of tickets to 1 via a customization – this post has some instructions on how to do this. Can you give this a try and see if it will work for you?
If you need further assistance, please let us know over in our Event Tickets Plus support forum, as we are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum. To post there, you’ll need to be logged in with the account that you used to purchase Event Tickets Plus.
You can reference this thread, and please also make sure to share your system info with us so that we can help you out with this as quickly as possible.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Tony,
Thanks for checking out Event Aggregator!
Event Aggregator requires The Events Calendar to run, but it does not require Pro. Your Pro license will not affect EA.
We do not currently offer free or discounted licenses for the EA service. Sorry for the bad news there! I would recommend subscribing to our newsletter, as we occasionally run promotions there.
EA can indeed import from multiple Google Calendars! You can schedule these so that you do not have to run them manually each day. When you set up each import, you can select a category for that import. This article has some more details on how this works.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to take EA for a test run! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer
January 9, 2018 at 4:35 am in reply to: Do you offer a bulk buy option for purchasing more than one for your products? #1421180Jennifer
KeymasterHi Courtney,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
We do have some product bundles, but there is not currently one that includes those three products. I would recommend subscribing to our newsletter, as we do occasionally run some promotions there.
We also offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied, so feel free to test everything out! If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Jennifer
