KeymasterHi Josep!
I took a look at the link you sent, but I was not able to access the site.
However, you can remove the title by customizing the template for the view that you want to remove it from. Our themer’s guide (here) has instructions on customizing templates. If you would rather change it, this article has some instructions on doing so.
We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Regarding the link, I’m not quite sure what you are looking to do here…can you please clarify a little bit? If you are able to temporarily remove the restrictions on the site so that I can access the pages, that would help me understand what is going wrong.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Mike,
When you say you have the option set to auto-approve sales, can you please clarify what you are referring to? By default, there is not a way to auto-complete orders automatically, but I see that you are using the WooCommerce Autocomplete Orders plugin. Can you tell me what you have set under WooCommerce > Settings > Extra Options > Autocomplete Orders?
Also, is it just ticket orders that this is happening on, or is it occurring with other orders on your site as well that do not contain tickets?

KeymasterHi Christopher,
I’m sorry you’re running into these issues with the licenses, but I’ll be happy to help you get them resolved.
First, can you double check that you have the correct keys entered into the correct boxes under Events > Settings > Licenses? You can verify which key goes with which extension on the Licenses Keys page. It is actually quite common for users to enter keys into boxes for other extensions, which can cause erroneous error messages to be displayed. This article may also be helpful in making sure that everything has been entered correctly.
If you’re still getting these issues after verifying this, can you please share your system info with me?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Kyle,
I’m sorry for the delayed response here – we have had a much higher than normal volume in the forums here lately, and typically we do not have support available over the weekend. Geoff is helping you out with this over in this thread, but if there is anything else you need assistance with, please let us know!
January 15, 2018 at 11:22 pm in reply to: How does the Events Tickets Plus work and integrate #1427292Jennifer
KeymasterHello,
I’ll be happy to help you out with this!
First, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you are not satisfied with the product during that time, we will give you a refund.
Event Tickets does offer the ability to add free (RSVP-style) tickets and is not actually capable of selling tickets – this is only a feature of Event Tickets Plus. However, as long as you aren’t creating RSVP or free tickets on your events, they won’t show up as free. Event Tickets Plus actually extends Event Tickets and requires it to run. Additionally, you will need either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to handle the checkout and payment processing aspects. Regarding emailing tickets, this happens automatically after the purchase.
We do not currently have any videos, but you can see a live demo of the front end over here, and the following articles should also be helpful in giving you an overview of how Event Tickets Plus works and what features are included:
New User Primer: Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus
Settings Overview: Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus
Managing Your Orders and Attendees
As a premium license holder, you’ll also be able to post in our premium support forums (as you did today), so if you get stuck in the setup or on how to use any of the features, we’ll be happy to help you here!
I hope this helps clear things up, but please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Yvonne,
I’m sorry that you aren’t able to move tickets, but I’ll be happy to help you get this resolved!
As a first step, can you please try updating to the latest versions of The Events Calendar (4.6.9), Event Tickets (4.6.3), and Event Tickets Plus (4.6.2)? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section, you can do so manually by following these instructions.
Since the versions you’re currently running are a bit older, I would recommend making these updates first in a staging site. If you don’t have one, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Please let me know if this works!
Thanks,
Jennifer

January 15, 2018 at 10:57 pm in reply to: How can i manage the Font Color and customize de all events link #1427282Jennifer
KeymasterHi Michael,
You can change colors for The Events Calendar by going to Appearance > Customize > The Events Calendar. You can also try adjusting the stylesheet for events pages under Events > Settings > Display.
To change the “All events” link that goes back to the main events page, you can customize the single-event.php template found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views. The link is set here:
This guide has instructions on customizing template files. Can you give this a try and let me know if it works for you? We’re a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!

KeymasterHi Mark!
It looks like this thread got posted twice…since we’re working on this here, I’ll go ahead and close this thread out.
Jennifer
KeymasterHello,
I believe the additional fields may be your best bet if the person submitting the event will not always be the organizer. With a customization, you could hide/remove these fields from the front end of the single event page so that they are not visible to the public on the published event. We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck removing the fields, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
If contact fields for anonymous users is something that you would like to see added in the future, please let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum. This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better solution for you here, but please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Marc,
I’m glad to hear that you are enjoying Community Events!
Our Nonprofit Partnership Program currently only applies to Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus; sorry for the bad news! However, if you go to the license keys section of your account and click on the renew button / link, you should see any current renewal discounts that we are offering.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Balázs,
Thanks for reaching out!
We do have a Nonprofit Partnership Program, which offers free versions of Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus to approved organizations (although please note that our free licenses do not include premium support as our paid licenses do). In order to apply, you do need to be a 501(c)3 or 501(c)19 organization, so unfortunately this only applies to organizations within the United States. If you are a US organization, then please submit an application here, and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
However, our other extensions are not currently part of that program. We do occasionally run promotions, so I would definitely recommend subscribing to our newsletter so that you can stay up to date!
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Pamela,
Our emails use the wp_mail() function so all the emails from your site (e.g. password reset emails) should be coming from that same email address. This article has some instructions on how you can change it: http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-change-sender-name-in-outgoing-wordpress-email/.
To get an email sent to the site admin when someone RSVPs, try adding the snippet in this post to the functions.php file of your child theme. Make sure to leave out the opening <?php tag when copying/pasting, or you will run into errors.
Let me know if this works for you!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Edouard,
I’m sorry you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out.
First, can you check what you currently have selected under Events > Settings > Tickets > WooCommerce Support? If you don’t want any tickets generated until the order is “Completed”, then you’ll want to make sure that “Completed” is the only option selected.
Please let me know if this makes a difference!
Thanks,
Jennifer
