KeymasterHi Vince,
You can customize the popup by following these instructions to copy the tooltip.php template (found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month) into your child theme, where you can edit it. To add a “Click for more info” link, you can add the following where you would like the link to display:
If you would like to make the entire box clickable, you can wrap the entire “tribe-events-tooltip” div with the link. Note that there are two different versions of the tooltip in that file: standard and featured. You will need to add the link to both versions if you would like it to show up in both. Here’s an example making the entire box clickable:

Please let me know how this works and if you have any questions!

KeymasterHi Jonás,
Thanks for trying this out…unfortunately the screenshot didn’t come through. If you are replying via email, attachments are not included. Can you please login and add it directly to this thread?
To cleanup the series, try out this extension. As mentioned in the instructions, be sure to make a full database backup before running the cleanup tool (just to be on the extra-safe side). After you’ve deleted this series and created a new one, please let me know if it starts duplicating again.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Nic,
I’m sorry, I meant to include these instructions on testing for conflicts in my initial reply! Since I am not able to reproduce this issue in my local environment, it is likely that there is something else on your site that is conflicting with our plugins (like your theme or another plugin). To determine if this is the case (and if so, where the conflict lies), you can start with a default environment (meaning a default theme like Twenty Seventeen enabled and all other plugins disabled) and re-activate your theme and each plugin that you’re using one at a time until the issue reappears. I know this is a bit tedious, but it is really the best way to find a conflict (if there is one). Enabling WP_DEBUG during testing will cause errors that may be occurring to be displayed on the screen.
I’m glad that you were able to find a workaround for the time being, but if you would like to continue working on this, please let me know! I’ll be happy to help you find out what’s going on.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Tim,
I’m sorry to hear that you are running into this issue as well…we do have a known issue where the latitude and longitude is not being saved when you create a venue, causing events with that venue to not display in map view. The good news is that the fix is being worked on and should be released soon. In the meantime, you should be able to get everything displaying correctly in map view by manually entering the latitude and longitude on the venue edit screen (see screenshot). Google has some instructions on how to find the latitude and longitude for a location. Can you give this a try and see if it works for you?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I went ahead and marked your previous reply as private. I’m glad to hear that you were able to get the text changed…regarding the map view, this is unfortunately a known issue, but the good news is that the fix is being worked on and should be released soon. KeymasterHi Wendy,
I’m sorry for the delayed response, our forums have been quite busy here lately! You are correct that there should still be a message informing users that tickets are not available yet instead of the blank area under the Tickets header. We currently have an internal ticket open to address this issue.
In the meantime, I would recommend continuing to use the previous version. I unfortunately don’t have a timeline at the moment as to when this will be resolved, but as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience this is causing, but thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved! Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterYes I was testing in Safari and Chrome (Mac), but I just ran some tests in Chrome on Windows 10 and did see some events that were out of order. I tried testing my local site in those browsers but was not able to recreate the issue.
If you haven’t done so already, can you please try testing this in those browsers in default environment (meaning having a default theme, like Twenty Seventeen, enabled and all other plugins besides The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro disabled) to see if the events are still out of order? Please also let me know which versions of those browsers you are using.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Josep,
Thanks for opening the site up! I am able to access it now. Did you have any luck removing the title in the templates? I see that month view is your default view, so you can remove the title by editing the template found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/content.php. Our themer’s guide has instructions on how to copy the template files into your child theme for editing. The line you’ll want to remove is:
If you just want to change the link for your main events page, you can do this by going to Events > Settings > General > Events URL slug and change it there (see screenshot).
Let me know how this goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Eric,
I completely understand and will try to help you get this resolved as quickly as possible!
Unfortunately your screenshots did not come through – they aren’t included when replying by email, so can you please login and post them directly on the thread? Also, I was actually referring to the system info for your site. We have instructions here on how you can share that with us.
However, I would recommend double checking in the Plugins section that both Event Tickets Plus and either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads are activated, especially if this occurred after an update. Your plugins shouldn’t get deactivated when updating, but this does sometimes happen inadvertently and can cause the Event Tickets Plus functionality to disappear.
Regarding Event Aggregator, can you check under Events > Settings > Licenses and verify that your licenses for Pro and Event Tickets Plus are not entered into the box for Event Aggregator?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jonás,
This does sound very odd. You are correct that deactivating Pro will remove the recurrence functionality from events. Can you upgrade to the latest version (4.4.21), reactivate, delete the entire series, and recreate the event?
Please take a screenshot of all of your settings on the event, and if the event does start duplicating again, send us the screenshot so that we can try to recreate this on our end.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterNo problem! I do not believe it has changed recently, but I’m glad it was a simple fix 🙂
Let me know if there is anything else that I can help with!

KeymasterNo problem! I’ll go ahead and close this out, but please feel free to open up a new thread if you have any other questions.

KeymasterHi Sophie,
I’ll be happy to help you get this working!
First, I do want to point out that Event Tickets and The Events Calendar are two separate plugins. You don’t need The Events Calendar to use Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus (although most of our users do use them together), but you do need Event Tickets. I took a look at your system info (thanks for sending that!), and I am seeing that The Events Calendar is activated, but not Event Tickets. Can you try installing and activating that (you can download the current version, 4.6.3, here) to see if that lets you start making tickets again?
Please let me know if this works for you!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Richard,
Thanks for checking out TEC Pro!
You can indeed transfer your license – this article has some instructions on how to do that. This article also has some good info on running both a staging site and a live site with one license.
Let me know if you have any questions on anything!
Thanks,
Jennifer
