Sold Out Events Not Displaying Message

    We updated the WordPress and WooCommerce version to the latest version.
    But, on some event single pages, the tickets section is not getting displayed.
    We checked by downgrading the versions, and there was this message “Tickets are no longer available for this event.”
    In the upgrade, even that message disappeared.
    Here is the screenshot, where my “tribe-events-tickets” table is not populating any content on the front-end.

    Hi Wendy,

    I’m sorry for the delayed response, our forums have been quite busy here lately! You are correct that there should still be a message informing users that tickets are not available yet instead of the blank area under the Tickets header. We currently have an internal ticket open to address this issue.

    In the meantime, I would recommend continuing to use the previous version. I unfortunately don’t have a timeline at the moment as to when this will be resolved, but as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.
