    I am only able to have a RSVP and am not able to ass a ticket with a price that links to payday. It appears the plugin(s) aren’t talking to the licensing server…. So the features aren’t loading properly. I also have Events tickets Plus. Can you please advise hot to fix. This is frustrating.

    Hi Eric,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on. Can you please share your system info with me, along with a screenshot of what you see in the tickets section of the event edit screen?

    I’m also not quite sure what you’re referring to when you mention linking to payday…Event Tickets Plus does require either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads – if you don’t have one of these installed and activated, can you do that and see if you are then able to add tickets?

    Hi Eric,

    I completely understand and will try to help you get this resolved as quickly as possible!

    Unfortunately your screenshots did not come through – they aren’t included when replying by email, so can you please login and post them directly on the thread? Also, I was actually referring to the system info for your site. We have instructions here on how you can share that with us.

    However, I would recommend double checking in the Plugins section that both Event Tickets Plus and either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads are activated, especially if this occurred after an update. Your plugins shouldn’t get deactivated when updating, but this does sometimes happen inadvertently and can cause the Event Tickets Plus functionality to disappear.

    Regarding Event Aggregator, can you check under Events > Settings > Licenses and verify that your licenses for Pro and Event Tickets Plus are not entered into the box for Event Aggregator?
