ParticipantI can’t see where to enter the ticket price when adding a new ticket with the latest version. Has it moved somewhere else?

KeymasterHi Nic,
You should have both the price field as well as some capacity options (as long as you have “Enable stock management” enabled under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory). Can you first try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? It could be that the latest version is not compatible with something else on your site. Please make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled while testing and send me any errors that you see.
If you prefer not to do this testing in your live site, I would recommend the free WP Staging plugin, which will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantThanks Jennifer. I have not done testing for conflicts before so not sure what to do. I will have to look into that. In the meantime I have found a work around by using the import function to create the ticket then editing the ticket in the event and editing the product in woocommerce.
It is a bit of a long process but it will get me through until I work out the testing part.January 17, 2018 at 10:48 am #1428719Jennifer
KeymasterHi Nic,
I’m sorry, I meant to include these instructions on testing for conflicts in my initial reply! Since I am not able to reproduce this issue in my local environment, it is likely that there is something else on your site that is conflicting with our plugins (like your theme or another plugin). To determine if this is the case (and if so, where the conflict lies), you can start with a default environment (meaning a default theme like Twenty Seventeen enabled and all other plugins disabled) and re-activate your theme and each plugin that you’re using one at a time until the issue reappears. I know this is a bit tedious, but it is really the best way to find a conflict (if there is one). Enabling WP_DEBUG during testing will cause errors that may be occurring to be displayed on the screen.
I’m glad that you were able to find a workaround for the time being, but if you would like to continue working on this, please let me know! I’ll be happy to help you find out what’s going on.
Thanks,
Jennifer
