    Hello,

    I am having a problem with tickets to our latest event being sent before payment has been completed. We have two mode of payments : bank transfer and credit card. Tickets bought via bank transfer should not be sent before orders have been manually confirmed.

    We use a woocommerce autocomplete plug-in but it is configured correctly and tickets are sent on orders that do NOT have a completed status anyway.

    Hi Edouard,

    I’m sorry you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out.

    First, can you check what you currently have selected under Events > Settings > Tickets > WooCommerce Support? If you don’t want any tickets generated until the order is “Completed”, then you’ll want to make sure that “Completed” is the only option selected.
