ParticipantHow does the Events Tickets Plus work and integrate, we would like to keep the ticketing process inside wordpress to keep everything simple.
The way it comes accross on your product page, is all we need to do is just install “Events Tickets Plus” and that will handle everything, but I feel there is more to it.
How do you configure it to email tickets, and how are the tickets processed (we basically need to work out how much the whole process will cost per ticket).
Do you have a demo or video demonstration, or are you able to offer a demo period where we can get a refund if it doesn’t work for us.
If we was to use the Events Tickets free to demo we are concerned that it will list paid events as free (I have read reviews which state that this happens), so this is something we can’t do unless there is a way to disable that.
We are sold on the product in theory, we just don’t know what is involved to make it all work, and if it will work how we imagine it to.

I’ll be happy to help you out with this!
First, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you are not satisfied with the product during that time, we will give you a refund.
Event Tickets does offer the ability to add free (RSVP-style) tickets and is not actually capable of selling tickets – this is only a feature of Event Tickets Plus. However, as long as you aren’t creating RSVP or free tickets on your events, they won’t show up as free. Event Tickets Plus actually extends Event Tickets and requires it to run. Additionally, you will need either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to handle the checkout and payment processing aspects. Regarding emailing tickets, this happens automatically after the purchase.
