KeymasterHi Luis,
This is unfortunately a known issue where the latitude and longitude is not being saved when you create a venue, causing events with that venue to not display in map view. The good news is that the fix is being worked on and should be released soon. In the meantime, you should be able to get everything displaying correctly in map view by manually entering the latitude and longitude on the venue edit screen (see screenshot). Google has some instructions on how to find the latitude and longitude for a location. Can you give this a try and see if it works for you?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Anne-Mieke,
Following up from this post, Filter Bar will let users filter events by category, and to share events, there are a couple of ways that you can do this. First, users can export events from the front end of the site – both single events and full calendar views have the option to export events for that view. You can see an example of this over on wpshindig.com. Another option would be RSS, which you can also customize if needed.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Filter Bar (or any of our other premium extensions) for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions. If so, you can reply directly to this thread – no need to create a new post 🙂
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Anne-Mieke,
It looks like Geoff helped you out with this question here, so I’ll go ahead and close out this thread.

KeymasterHello,
Can you check what you have set under Events > Settings > General > “Create recurring events in advance for”? This controls how far into the future events will be created for. Try increasing this to see if that makes a difference. Keep in mind however that having high numbers of events in your calendar could potentially slow things down a bit.
If this doesn’t help, can you please share your system info with me, as well as a screenshot of the recurrence settings for an event this is happening with?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterAwesome, yes it is always good to update first in a staging site, just in case anything breaks. Let me know if it works!

KeymasterHi Daniel,
Thanks for following up on this…you are correct that we actually can accept some international organizations that can “provide proof of their status as a government-registered charity, such as a letter or registration number”. If your organization meets this requirement, then please do apply here!
I sincerely apologize for the misinformation here, but we will keep an eye out for your application!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Emanuela,
I wanted to give you an update on this…we can actually accept some international organizations into our Nonprofit Partnership Program (for a free Events Calendar Pro or Event Tickets Plus license) that are the equivalent of a 501(c)3 or 501(c)19 organization in the United States, so if you are interested in either of those plugins, I would encourage you to apply here. I’m sorry for the initial misinformation! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterI went ahead and added the text in for you here, right above the submit button. So you can copy that template into [your-theme]/tribe-events/community/edit-event.php.
Note that you will need to create the “tribe-events” and “community” folders in your child theme, and then you can save the file I sent you as “edit-event.php” in the “community” folder.
Can you give this a try and let me know if it works for you?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jonás,
I’m glad that it seems to be working now! For future reference, there are also two things to double-check with recurring events:
-The “Create recurring events in advance for” setting under Events > Settings > General
-The “Series ends” setting in the recurrence rules section of the event edit screen
Depending on these settings, you could wind up with a large number of events for one series.
Since this has been marked resolved, I’ll go ahead and close it out. If this starts happening again, please go ahead and open up a new thread with a screenshot of the settings that you have for that event. You can also reference this thread, and we’ll be happy to help you continue working on this!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Mary,
Thanks for checking out Events Calendar Pro! List view will show all upcoming events separated by month, but there is not currently a way to show multiple full calendar views on one page. Sorry for the bad news there! I would recommend posting this as a feature request over on our Feature Ideas Forum, which is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
You can however add multiple widgets to the same page, so you may want to try that out as well. If you’d like to take Pro for a test run, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jeff,
I’m sorry you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
First, can you try updating to the latest versions of WordPress (4.9.2), The Events Calendar (4.6.9), and Community Events (4.5.8)? It looks like the versions you’re currently running are a bit older, so hopefully updating will solve this for you. If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions.
If not, the next step would be to test for conflicts with your theme and other plugins. Please make sure you have WP_DEBUG enabled during testing. If you don’t want to do this in your live site, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. You may also want to update (especially WordPress) in a staging site before doing so on your live site.
Please let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
You should be able to do this using the start/end sale dates feature. If a range is set, users can only purchase those tickets during that time. So, you could create one ticket for early registration and one for late registration (as you laid out in your screenshot) and then specify the dates that each is available.
Can you give this a try and let me know if it works for you?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Kelly,
I’m sorry that you lost your events page, but I took a look at the link you sent…it appears everything is showing up correctly now on my end. Were you able to get this resolved?
Let me know if you still need assistance with this. If so, please first try running through the steps outlined here to test for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (if you haven’t done so already) – it’s possible that the latest versions aren’t getting along with something else on your site.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
It looks like you meant to send another link showing the page that you want yours to look like but instead listed your site twice…can you please send me the link to the demo you’re referring to?
I also want to point out that Avada does add its own styling to our plugins. They have a guide here on using The Events Calendar with their theme. You can also customize the single event template by following the instructions in our themer’s guide. With Avada, I would recommend copying the single-event.php template from wp-content/themes/Avada/tribe-events and customizing that one instead of copying the default one from the plugin.
We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know. I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry you’re not able to import from Facebook. Can you first try refreshing your Facebook connection under Events > Settings > APIs? Please also send me the link(s) that you aren’t able to import from so that I can do some testing on my end.
Finally, what happens when you try to import? If any messages are displayed, please copy/paste them in your reply.
Thanks,
Jennifer
