KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry you’re not able to import from Facebook. Can you first try refreshing your Facebook connection under Events > Settings > APIs? Please also send me the link(s) that you aren’t able to import from so that I can do some testing on my end.
Finally, what happens when you try to import? If any messages are displayed, please copy/paste them in your reply.

ParticipantHi there, I refreshed my Facebook connection many times and nothing happened.
Here’s one link I can’t import: https://www.facebook.com/events/645465295623892/
There are too many to paste them here because basically none of them have been working.
When I import a daily scheduled I get this: “No matching records found”

KeymasterThanks for sending that link…I tried to run this import from my end, and I got the same thing as you. I tried to go to the actual Facebook page to verify that there were currently events available to import, but it looks like the page is private. For Event Aggregator to be able to access the events, they need to be published to a public Facebook page/group, or if they are hosted by an individual Facebook user, the events themselves need to be public. Can you check the other links that you are trying to import from and verify that they are public (and also have upcoming events at the time you attempt to run the import)?

I tested them out on my end, but I was able to import from all three…can you first try updating to the latest version of The Events Calendar (4.6.10.1) and try importing again?
If you are still not able to import, please go under Events > Help > Event Aggregator System Status and send me a screenshot of what you see there?
