KeymasterHi Lisa,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can try the following snippet and adjust it to suit your needs. It can be added to your theme’s functions.php file:

Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Doug,

It looks like you were able to purchase a license for Community Events yesterday. Did you have any further questions on this issue?
Let me know!

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO, an admin can add events from the backend of the site that appear on the front end. In order for users to add their own events, you can provide them limited access to the backend, with the assistance of the third-party plugin, Members.
They can add their workouts to a category calendar that is designated for each person separately.

Alternatively, you can have users add in their events from the front end of the site, using Community Events. I would still suggest assigning each person a category so that their events can appear separately from other users.
We have a great 30-day full refund policy, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.
Also, feel free to check out our demo site here.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Colin,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
One thing that you can do is to use our plugins in combination with a third-party plugin, like Members, so that you can grant permissions to a certain level of user. You can customize the permissions allowed for Organizers so that they can manage their own information.
If you need more specific functionality, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

KeymasterHi Sarah,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
The template you’ll want to look at is month/tooltip.php
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Hayley,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue, but I can confirm that this was resolved in our last maintenance release.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

KeymasterHi Nick,
Unfortunately, things have changed and most of our users are currently unable to import from Facebook at all at this time.
You can get more information on the status of our plugin’s access to Facebook are https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
If you are still interested in a refund, I can provide you with a partial refund for your remaining time on your Event Aggregator license.
Instead, would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Carsten,
After some further testing, I was able to replicate the scenario with the same setup as you. It looks like the extension doesn’t work with The Events Calendar installed and activated on your site.
Can you try adding The Events Calendar (it’s free) and see if that resolves your issue?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ashley,
I’d love to help you troubleshoot this issue. Do you currently have a license to Event Tickets Plus? I didn’t see anything attached to the email address provided in this thread. Let me know so that I can continue to assist you.
You can also integrate the third-party plugin, User Switching, so that you can add tickets from the user so they receive all notifications.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterI cannot guarantee that the update will resolve your issue, as there may be a plugin or theme conflict on your site as well, or something else at play.
After troubleshooting, if you decide that you’d still like a refund, you can request one using this form.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Suzan,
Thanks for providing me with all of that information. I understand now that you are using wordpress.com which can be an entirely different situation. Most of our users use .org, so this may be different territory.
In any case, I haven’t yet been able to replicate this issue. I do have a few more questions:
- You mentioned that the ticket section was empty before. In other words, did you populate the information and then it remained empty?
- Does it automatically populate at some point in the future?
- Is it always the same amount of time later that it works?
In the meantime, you can try installing and activating a third-party debug plugin like Debug Bar.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

Since you marked this thread as Resolved, I am going to close this thread.

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, without a current license, you cannot update the plugin as is necessary.
Let us know if you renew your license and things still aren’t working!

Changing the events permalink structure is not something possible without doing some custom coding.
And, as you will find in the following article it is a best practice to use “Post Name” option > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/permalinks-best-practices/
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

If this is something that is really necessary for your site, you can try to incorporate a third-party plugin, like Custom Permalinks, though I cannot make any guarantees about compatibility.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime
