I wish that this problem is fixed but yet I have to write it here too because oh man we lost a lot because of your bug and I need to be assured that everything is fixed.
First time I check on subscriptions that were put on hold and there were about 80 of them, while checking them I realized that all the subscriptions on hold didn’t have anything wrong with them, turns out that about 80 subscriptions were put on hold 1-2 months ago and their renewal order wasn’t created at all because Event Tickets Plus triggered an error which fucked up everything.
I went to check the Failed Scheduled Actions and every single one of them has an error saying:
unexpected shutdown: PHP Fatal error Call to a member function get() on null in wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Meta/Storage.php on line 214Yes I went through 80 subscriptions and manually reactivated them one by one because I had to make sure that it was put on hold because of this plugin but still 2 months lost from almost 80 subscriptions it’s just too much.
Yes the problem was confirmed from WooCommece Support as well.
My plugins are updated and I update them every 2 weeks but this was a problem since January or February.At least confirm to me that this problem is fixed and it will not happen anymore.
Last thing I have to say is that I regret buying this product in the first place and unfortunately now we cannot get out of it.

I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue, but I can confirm that this was resolved in our last maintenance release.
