KeymasterHi Sarah,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
Unfortunately, this feature is dictated by your e-commerce plugin of choice, and it is often the case that there is only one bank account that can receive the funds. From there, you can opt to distribute the funds how you see fit manually, but this is not an automatic feature in our plugin.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
We also have a great 30-day full refund policy, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kellsey,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
We actually have a custom plugin that can redirect to a different URL after event submission, so that you can create a custom submission page:

Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Amanda,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Aggregator, you can select which events you’d like to import when importing your events. You can also refine by keyword or date to control what is imported.
You can do a one-time manual import, or create a scheduled import at a specific interval so that your events are automatically imported.
You can also import your events into a default category as well.
We have a great 30-day full refund policy, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi George,
This code should work on all orders placed after the code has been added. I don’t believe it will retroactively mark orders as completed.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to open up a new thread. You can reference this one, so that we can jump right in.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Matt,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
What do you have set for Create recurring events in advance for under Events Settings < General?
This setting will dictate how far in advance you will see recurring events instances created on your site.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ashley,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Tickets Plus, you can create tickets and RSVPs side by side so that both can be created for an event. You can also create a free ticket in addition to your paid ticket.
You can hide this free ticket or RSVP from the front-end, and manually add in your sponsors, if you do not want that ticket displayed.
We have a great 30-day full refund policy, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterNo problem, you can request a refund for Event Tickets Plus using this form.
If you haven’t gotten confirmation of a refund within the next few days, please let me know.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Donna,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can add the following code to your theme’s functions.php file in order to have your orders automatically marked as complete:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Abigail,
It looks like the missing attendee information bug is still being worked on at this time. In general, if there is no response from the customer, the thread will automatically close after three weeks of no activity. However if that happens again, you can always open up a new thread and reference your previous thread so that you can jump right back in.
You can provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link:

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Suzan,
Thanks for the update. Can you take a screenshot of what this event and ticket look like on the backend, so that I can try to replicate things on my end as well?
In the meantime, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
Hi @taomax and Tim,
Please open up a separate thread so that we can provide you with some individualized attention on your issue.
Once there, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks!
Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Brenda,
It looks like your main calendar page is located here: http://events.augustaarts.com/events/
And the issue is present with this page: http://events.augustaarts.com/calendar/
Is that a category page? Is it displayed with a shortcode? If so, what is the exact shortcode?
What do you have your permalinks set to? You can read more about Permalinks Best Practices here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/permalinks-best-practices/
In the meantime, you can try implementing some of the steps outlined here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Lori,
Thanks for that information. I’m not able to replicate this issue at this time, as everything seems to be working as expected from my end.
Do you see the same results if users are logged in vs not logged in to your site?
I would recommend creating a staging site to do all of your testing on:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/
Can you please also enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Lisa,
Do you still see this issue if you switch to a default WordPress theme, such as ‘Twentyseventeen’, as well?
In addition, there are a number of mixed content error messages appearing in the console, so I would recommend installing and configuring a plugin, like this one, in order to resolve those errors.
Can you also take a screenshot of what the event looks like on the backend, so that I can do some additional testing on my end?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
