Multiple Bank Accounts

Hi. We are hoping to move our website to use The Events Calendar and Events Tickets Plus for some upcoming fundraising events. However, due to our accounting system, please can you advise if it is possible to have the income form some events go into one bank account and the income from other events go to a different account? Eg. Income from ticket sales for events A and B would all go into account 1. Income from events C and D would go into account 2. Each account would have it’s own Internet merchant account and eWay set up independently. We just need to know if we can set up/change the bank account each time we set up a new event or can you only set up one bank account and all events funds must go there? If this is the case, is there any work around? Thank you.

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

Unfortunately, this feature is dictated by your e-commerce plugin of choice, and it is often the case that there is only one bank account that can receive the funds.  From there, you can opt to distribute the funds how you see fit manually, but this is not an automatic feature in our plugin.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
