KeymasterHi Jacqui,
Thanks for that information. I still am not able to replicate this issue with that exact setup, as everything appears to be working as expected for me.
Can you take a screenshot of how your event/ticket is set up on the backend, so that I can try to replicate the scenario on my end?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Roman,
I’m glad to hear that you were able to find the root of the issue. The following articles have been helpful to our users in being able to use both plugins simultaneously:
- https://tangerinemoons.com/using-wordpress-w3-total-cache-modern-tribes-event-calendar/
Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Ben,
One other thought I had was that perhaps this is related to a file and folder permissions error.
You can use the following tutorial to check on the permissions that you have set up:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/
Also, you may want to post in the WordPress.org support forum and see if they have any additional suggestions for you as well.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Francesca,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can usually find this information by going to where you edit your ticket, and click on Attendees. Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing there?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

There isn’t exactly a way to do this out of the box.
However, you can try integrating a third-party plugin, like WooCommerce Memberships, to help you to provide discounted pricing to members.
You can also provide members with a coupon code in WooCommerce, so that they get a discount at checkout.
Alternatively, you can create members-only calendars, so that members see different events that non-members.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-members-calendar/
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Tickets Plus, you can use the RSVP option in your case, so that volunteers can “RSVP” for events without having to provide any type of payment information.
You can also try out our free Event Tickets plugin, and get a sense for the capabilities that we offer.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi John,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you try updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions and see if that helps to resolve your issue?
Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Nadav,
Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Of course, you need to be able to translate the plugin, I was just wondering if there was a conflict there or a display issue. But we can skip over that for now, if you’d prefer.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
