Ticket Fieldsets not showing on Events Page

Orignally, I just had Events Tickets for our events pages. However, we needed to customise the RSVP form to include the school name. Hence, why I purchased the Events Ticket Plus. But there seems to be an error with the JavaScript. It shows in the code but not on the page. Can you help?

Please know, that I’m not a experienced developer. I just know how to update WordPress themes. I wouldn’t be able to update the php docs because I would have no idea what to do.
