ParticipantHi,
I installed https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/
But after placing an order on the checkout page, above the form there’s an error “Internal Server Error”.
Installed and lstest versions:
– Event Tickets
– Event Tickets Plus
– Event Tickets Plus Extension: Enhance Woo Order Templates
– WooCommerce
– Mollie Payments for WooCommerceDeactivating all non-essential unrelated Plugins did NOT help. Same story for the Theme.
I’ll enter my system information in the next message, privately.

KeymasterHi Carsten,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
So far, I have not been able to replicate this issue on my end. Do you see the same results if you switch to a different payment gateway?
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantHi Jaime, thanks for your reply. Switching to another gateway doesn’t work either, even the WooCommerce Test mode gives the same problem.
I did some more research though:
– In the WooCommerce error log I found this line (actually multiple ones of these): 2018-05-03T12:38:36+02:00 CRITICAL Call to undefined function tribe_events_event_schedule_details()
– WooCommerce Status information shows for this particular plugin: “Not tested with the active version of WooCommerce”. I have everything updated to the latest version. Could that be it?May 3, 2018 at 5:18 am #1521878Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Carsten,
After some further testing, I was able to replicate the scenario with the same setup as you. It looks like the extension doesn’t work with The Events Calendar installed and activated on your site.
Can you try adding The Events Calendar (it’s free) and see if that resolves your issue?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantThank you, that seemed to fix it! So I guess the plugin is dependent on The Events Calendar. That wasn’t clear to me apparently.
