    I see that the field info is not captured after a cancellation. Why would it
    not capture the fields if they have to start afresh?

    Your previous answer: Currently the issue is that the data is not preserved when the order is cancelled. That is a bug on our side which our developers will take a look at.

    Do you perhaps have an update on this. Another huge problem is the export is leaving out information especially the status.

    Which field are you referring to?  Would you mind taking a screenshot of what area you are referring to so that I can provide you with some more specific advice?

    Hi there, When I export an Attendee list.. The list no longer contains information in the fields for Status (Processing, cancelled, Pending payment) and the order number field is also missing.

    I previously also asked why the attendee info is missing after someone cancelled a previous order. If the enter again then the field info is not captured. I am still waiting for feedback and the ticket was closed by you.

    Where do I get the system info as requested.

    Hi Abigail,

    It looks like the missing attendee information bug is still being worked on at this time.  In general, if there is no response from the customer, the thread will automatically close after three weeks of no activity.  However if that happens again, you can always open up a new thread and reference your previous thread so that you can jump right back in.
