KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, I would recommend ensuring that your Events Calendar related plugins are all up-to-date.
Also, please have a look at our Performance Considerations and see if there is anything you can adjust in order to help your site run better:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/performance-considerations/
After that, you may be interested in caching, so take a look at this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/caching-basics/
In addition, you can check out some of the solutions provided in this forum post:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/decreasing-loading-time-for-big-amount-of-events/
I would also recommend looking into some of the plugins in this blog post, as they may be able to help you pinpoint where site slowness may be occurring:

Let me know how it goes and if you need any further assistance on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Alexandra,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Our plugin is designed to work with simple products, so I cannot guarantee compatibility with subscription products.
If everything works, with the exception of the number of tickets available, you can hide the number of tickets available so as not to confuse your users.
Also, does this only occur when you have a bare WordPress install (a default WordPress theme, and only our plugins and Subscriptions installed)?
Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brian,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with Event Aggregator at this time.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual?
Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Vanessa,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
In terms of the length of time to display the calendar, there isn’t a whole lot of flexibility on this functionality. You can manually set an event to Hidden at a certain point, and that will achieve that functionality, but there is no way to automate this feature.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus, you can definitely achieve those results. I would recommend creating a event series and then break each event from the series in order to add a separate location and ticket for each event.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jeff,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately I cannot see the backend of your site with out a password. Can you just take a screenshot of what you are referring to instead?
In any case, you can’t edit the information outright on the Attendee screen. What you can do is use a third-party plugin, like User Switching, to switch to that user and change the information from the front-end.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mal,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind sharing your method for making fields required?
I just tested the functionality, using the following tutorial, and it worked in the Edit page as well.

KeymasterHi Darren,
I’m sorry to hear that things still aren’t working.
I previously mentioned the following extension, so that you can change the locale of Eventbrite to a a .co.uk address:
https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/eventbrite-additional-options/
Let me know if you have already tried this, and if it helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
