How Do I Edit The Info Submitted On A Ticket?

I’m on the attendees view and I simply cannot find an edit button or action that lets me change the data submitted on an individual ticket registration. I’ve looked through documentation and screenshots and didn’t find it, so here I am… sorry for such a basic question…

Hi Jeff,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Unfortunately I cannot see the backend of your site with out a password.  Can you just take a screenshot of what you are referring to instead?

In any case, you can’t edit the information outright on the Attendee screen.  What you can do is use a third-party plugin, like User Switching, to switch to that user and change the information from the front-end.

Thanks for providing me with that information.

From that screen, you can edit, move, or check in an attendee.  Unfortunately, you cannot edit attendee information from that screen.

As I mentioned, what you can do is use a third-party plugin, like User Switching, to switch to that user and change the information from the front-end.
