KeymasterHi Angela,
Thanks for running through that testing.
As a next step, can you look at the Map Settings that you have under Events Settings < General and try increasing the Map view search distance limit and the Google map default zoom level?
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterOkay, let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Alexandra,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
As a first step, can you try updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins and try starting a new import to see if things work as expected?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Robert,
Yes, multiple admins can manage their own venues and events from the backend.
You can also give certain permissions to different roles to manage different parts of your site.
You may be interested in the following article for more information:

You can create RSVPs with the help of our Event Tickets plugin.
We should integrate with Ultimate Member, however w<span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”>e cannot make any guarantees about plugin compatibility. We have a great 30-day full </span>refund policy<span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”>, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.</span>
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Karen,
The venue-fields.php file is used to edit the details of individual venues (address, email, etc). It sounds like it may not be the file that you are looking for.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which may be able to guide you as to which template you are looking for.
And yes, if you edit the module in that folder in your theme, you should see changes applied to your site.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kathleen,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Is it possible for you to set WP Rocket to ignore assets from The Events Calendar and its related plugins?
You can read more about problems with minification here:

KeymasterHi Robert,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
You can allow multiple admins to create events from the backend and publish those events with Events Calendar PRO.
With Community Events, you can also have users submit events from the front end of the site.
Additionally, with the help of the third-party plugin, Members, you can further customize the abilities of your users from the backend.
Also, feel free to check out our demo site here.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

Unfortunately, there is actually a bug with TEC 4.6.19 and Eventbrite Tickets 4.5.1, where it is not possible to import events from Eventbrite without an Event Aggregator License. Our developers are working on this issue, and it’s very likely to be fixed in EA server release 1.0.23, which may go out tomorrow.
I’ll mark this thread as “Pending fix”, so that we can warn you as soon as the bug is fixed.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mike,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With multiple ticket purchases, all tickets will be emailed to one purchaser. Each ticket will receive a unique security code and QR code.
Can I set up a standard email that gets sent to every ticket holder upon purchase?
You can customize the email template that is sent with each ticket.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
Can I compose, schedule & send emails to all ticket holders of an event?
The order and ticket emails are generated automatically. It is possible that you can use a third-party plugin to send more emails and schedule those emails accordingly.
Does your Attendee Information Form offer the ability for attendees to upload files to their profile
Out of the box, this feature is not available, however you may be able to make this work with a customization or third-party plugin.
Is it possible for attendees to log in after purchase and update their Attendee Information Form?
Yes, attendees can log in and edit their information at a later date.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Susan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you go into Events > Settings > API and reconnect to your Eventbrite account?
See if the migrating Eventbrite events message goes away after doing so.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kat,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, after backing up, can you try deleting our plugin via FTP (if you cannot access the Dashboard) and then re-install? You can use the Manual Updates tutorial as your guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Jo,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
It looks like you have 34 cancelled orders, which would equal 100 tickets.
Cancelled and refunded orders are not automatically returned to stock and there are a few things to consider with these types of transactions. See the following article for more information:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
Let me know if that helps to shed light on this situation!
Thanks,
Jaime
