ParticipantHi,
Just updated to newest version of plugins and now the area to purchase eventbrite tickets has disappeared for all events.
See this page as an example. https://100braidststudios.com/event/jimson-weed-by-georgia-okeefe-paint-sip-night-snacks-included-2/
Usually it shows up under the box on the LH side. now nothing. 🙁
How do I we fix this?

ParticipantHi Again,
I deleted the event I provided the initial link to and re-imported it ( i see you changed the import area for the better) and the newly imported event shows purchase tickets. that is good, but terrible as I have up to the end of 2019 already imported. Not happy.
As you can see, old ones still do not show purchase tickets…

Suggestions beyond deleting everything and re-importing?
I should add I have had the below message showing since I update to latest plugins last night. Makes me wonder that the migration never performed correctly. What say you?
“Currently migrating Eventbrite events to ensure proper data is displayed when editing. “

KeymasterHi Susan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you go into Events > Settings > API and reconnect to your Eventbrite account?
See if the migrating Eventbrite events message goes away after doing so.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantHi Jaime,
I went to the API section and clicked ‘Refresh your connection to Eventbrite’ but I still have the message. I event disconnected and reconnected the api to no success. Options?
In addition, when I go to Import and choose OneTime – From EventBrite Account, it only brings in a max of 50. Can this be increased?

KeymasterHi Susan,
As far as the max import limit goes, we are currently working on evaluating that limit. I have added this thread to the report so that you will be notified if/when we decide to increase or remove the limit.
Can you send me the URL to one of your events in Eventbrite, so that I can do some testing on my end as well?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantHere is an event of ours.
I have also attached a screenshot to show that the message is still there.

KeymasterHi Susan,
It looks like the Eventbrite Tickets Additional Options extension may be conflicting with Eventbrite Tickets. Can you try disabling that temporarily and see if it brings your tickets back?
As far as the Currently migrating events message goes, could you please flush your transients using a plugin like Transients Manager?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantHi Jaime,
You are correct, Eventbrite Tickets Additional Options extension was conflicting. I turned it off and the notice went away using the Transient plugin. Removing it now allows me to see new events when I go through import > eventbrite account. Yah!
Does this mean you will be updating Eventbrite Tickets Additional Options extension soon? Although, I was not having any luck with it to increase the ticket height area, which is all I use it for. The iframe never really changed. Seems it needs to be reviewed?
Do you have CSS code instead that I could use to increase the ticket heigth area iframe? See image. Right now it is too small and has a scroll bar, not really great UI.
Thank you!!!

ParticipantHi Again,
I checked the Eventbrite Tickets Additional Options extension and I was on Version 1.0. Seems you don’t put it into the WP repository so it doesn’t update like the rest of the WordPress plugins. Caught me off guard.
I get it you don’t want the plugin in the WP repository, but maybe add code to notify a user when a new version is out and it can be downloaded on your site?
Anyway. installed the version 1.0.3 and all is well.
Please consider a way to update users of the plugin when a new version is available.
All is well in the world now. 😀
Thank you for your help with this.
