Thanks for your patience so far – it looks like a lot of ground has been covered.
If necessary, you can update your plugins manually – the latest versions are available here – however it might be that you find you can update automatically so long as you do so from the network-level admin screens (important, because you appear to be running our plugins within a multisite network).
Let me know if that helps: I definitely recommend updating all your plugins as we shipped a few more updates today and a fix for a problem with Event Aggregator imports was included in those.
