ParticipantAfter the latest updates i cannot import any eventbrite events. This is very frustrating becoause before the updates everything was working perfect.
This is the message I receive when trying to Import from Eventbrite: There was an error fetching the results from your import: There may be an issue with the Event Aggregator server. Please try your import again later.
Also, in my WordPress Dashboard this message is there constantly: Currently migrating Eventbrite events to ensure proper data is displayed when editing.
I have the latest plugin updates.

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, there is actually a bug with TEC 4.6.19 and Eventbrite Tickets 4.5.1, where it is not possible to import events from Eventbrite without an Event Aggregator License. Our developers are working on this issue, and it’s very likely to be fixed in EA server release 1.0.23, which may go out tomorrow.
I’ll mark this thread as “Pending fix”, so that we can warn you as soon as the bug is fixed.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantI’m also getting the same error. Just purchased and installed Eventbrite Tickets this morning. 🙁
If you need anyone to test the fix, let me know. I have a server on my local machine and a staging server, both with TEC and Eventbrite Tickets installed and ready to go. Thanks.

MemberHi There!
Just wanted to let you know that we’ve just released a fix on our Event Aggregator server to address the Eventbrite Imports issue.
There is no need to update anything on your end, but do make sure you are using the latest version of The Events Calendar and Eventbrite Tickets.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we worked on this.
Please try your imports again and let us know if they work on your end.
Best,
VictorJune 28, 2018 at 11:21 pm #1564293Henry Mentink
ParticipantHello Victor
Still not working. Exactly the same errors appear
I tried to import on url-basis: https://www.eventbrite.nl/e/tickets-informatie-markt-grenswisselkantoor-46280587483
message: ‘invalid eventbrite urlI tried to import from eventbrite account
message: problem with eventbrite aggregator, try later againSo this problem is now several days/2 weeks. For the moment this is not bothering me too much because the website is not life yet. However the way this problem is handeled by Event Calendar is rather slow. Also not very stable. It seems to me that the recent updates were not tested enough
So when this has happened if we were fully operational there would be a really big business problem for us.
There comes a point where i want my money back for the eventbrite plugin because of the simple fact that it is not working. Are you flexibel in this?

KeymasterI’m sorry to hear that things still aren’t working for you.
However, if you change the “nl” to “com”, you should be able to get your imports to work. I just tested this functionality using the URL you provided, and changed it to this:
https://www.eventbrite.com/e/tickets-informatie-markt-grenswisselkantoor-46280587483
Let me know if that works for you!
Thanks,
Jaime
