Hello,
I just updated my EC and ECP to the versions noted in the title. Lately, I seem to run into problems virtually every time I update EC and ECP plugins and am at a loss as to why.
The error screenshot is attached. So far is just affecting the dashboard. I can login but cannot see the normal dashboard; just what you see in the attached image.
Any help would be most appreciated. I cannot switch to another theme like 2017 after Avada…it always ends up messing with my site and my site is never the same afterwards.
Thanks,
Kat

Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, after backing up, can you try deleting our plugin via FTP (if you cannot access the Dashboard) and then re-install? You can use the Manual Updates tutorial as your guide:

Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

I could not delete or rename any plugins; my system told me they were still in use. I feel that the issue is WP-Rocket. After exactly 12 hours after updating the plugins and encountering the errors, WP Rocket auto cleared the site cache and all was working again. It’s like I have to quickly clear the cache every time I update your plugin, or I get errors.
I think it is something to do with how it minifies and combines CSS/JS. I tried to exclude as many pathways to tribe events as I could figure out, so rocket won’t touch your files, but I’ve obviously missed some.
If you have any information about ECP functions with Rocket in your archives, I would be most grateful.

Thanks so much for reaching out!
Is it possible for you to set WP Rocket to ignore assets from The Events Calendar and its related plugins?
You can read more about problems with minification here:

Let me know if that helps!
