Hi Karen,

The venue-fields.php file is used to edit the details of individual venues (address, email, etc).  It sounds like it may not be the file that you are looking for.

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which may be able to guide you as to which template you are looking for.

And yes, if you edit the module in that folder in your theme, you should see changes applied to your site.
