Cannot renew subscription

    Hi,

    My account says:
    Order #1334311 was placed on August 11, 2017 and is currently Completed.

    When I attempt to update my payment I see this message:

    My Subscriptions
    You have no active subscriptions. Find your first subscription in the store.

    My subscription is current, however I am unable to make a payment to renew my subscription.

    My Order #1334311 was placed on August 11, 2017.

    Why does my account say: You have no active subscriptions.
