As a first step, can you update all of your Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions and see if you still get the error?

In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?

Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual?

Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi David,

    Thanks for reaching out here!

You can create a single category view, so that all events from that category will be exported.

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-categories/

Also, you can try to append the following to the URL to add the category, using the category slug: ?tribe_eventcategory=43

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

No problem, since you marked this thread as Resolved, I am going to close this thread.

    Have a great week!

    Hi Daniel,

Can I delete events calendar without it removing events or calendar settings on each site?

The information will stay in your database, however the calendar and events will not stay on your site for viewing without the plugin activated.

Unfortunately, since we do not have other users reporting this issue, it seems to be an isolated situation.

Instead of manually turning off all plugins/themes, another option would be for you to install the third-party plugin, Health Check, which can mimic a bare WordPress install while your site visitors still see your site the way that it normally appears.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Peggy,

Unfortunately we are not planning to add this feature to our plugin in the immediate future.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/

You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

    Hi Evan,

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.

Unfortunately, I could reproduce the same issue on my end. I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.

I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Bart,

Yes, this is a global settings and it will most likely affect your other URLs, however it is the permalink structure that we recommend and may be why you are experiencing this issue.

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

With the addition of the following extension, all attendee data will appear on orders and email confirmations:

in reply to: licence key #1565848

    Hi Shervin,

The key should be entered into the Event Tickets Plus slot, not the Event Aggregator slot.

After making that adjustment, can you also download the free Event Tickets on your site, since Event Tickets Plus cannot work with Event Tickets.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Bella,

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing the same issue here.  As you can see, it is a conflict with our plugins and may be a shortcoming within the WooCommerce Memberships itself.

We cannot guarantee if and when a fix will become available for this issue.

With that being said, we’d encourage you to open up a separate thread, so that we can provide you with personalized attention and at least add your thread to the report that we have on this issue.

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Marcial,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As I understand it, you’d like to change the ticket email sender from “WordPress” to something else.

Without using SMTP, I see the default sender is the administrator of the site.

In other words, are you saying that the settings in SMTP are not being honored for ticket emails?  Here are the settings I am referring to:

    Let me know!

    Thanks,

    Hi Shervin,

It is possible that it takes a few hours to activate.

I’m not seeing the system information, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

In the meantime, do you have the free Event Tickets on your site?  That is definitely a good place to start.

Let me know if you have any other questions along the way!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Misty,

Thanks for providing me with that information.

It seems that this may be an issue with WooCommerce, however I will do my best to point you in the right direction.

Can you investigate your WooCommerce settings next?  Specifically, I would make sure that you have Guest Checkout enabled under WooCommerce Settings < Accounts and Privacy?

Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Carsten,

Have you ever been able to add your License Key?

Have you tried using the Manual Update process in order to add our plugins to your site?

Could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
