KeymasterHi Nancy,
Glad to hear it! I don’t have an exact ETA on when this will be resolved, but we are working on it currently and will notify you when a fix has become available.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterOkay, gotcha.
Do you have access to the WordPress Customizer?
You can add some CSS there. Here is more information on the WordPress Customizer:

Let me know if that works for you!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Robin,
Thanks for reaching back out again on this issue!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Before doing so, please update all of your Events Calendar related plugins and WooCommerce to their most recent versions.
Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi David,
I haven’t given this a thorough test, but perhaps you can append the information I provided above to your URL, so something like this:

KeymasterHi Brandon,
Thanks for reaching out again!
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.
Unfortunately, I could reproduce the same issue on my end. I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi David,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
You are correct, the best way to go about doing that would be to change the account to your client’s email address after the site launches.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Lori,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that one of your orders was missing from your Attendees list.
One thing you can do is use a plugin like User Switching to purchase the ticket on the front end for that customer and use a coupon code so that there is no charge.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

You can try adding the following CSS snippet to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s stylesheet:
span.tribe-tickets-remaining {
display:none;
}Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Sara,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing duplicates from your Google Calendar imports.
As a first step, can you send me the URL to the Google Calendar that you are importing from, so that I can do some testing on my end a well?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nancy,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, we are aware of an issue that prevents you to import your Eventbrite events. The good news is it will be fixed in our next release of our Event Aggregator server.
In the meantime, having an Event Aggregator license is a workaround for this problem, so we have gone ahead and created a free Event Aggregator license valid for a month so you can import your Eventbrite events.
You can get your license key from your licenses page > https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and navigate to your WP Admin > Events > Settings > Licenses tab to activate Event Aggregator.
Additionally, you will be able to import events from other websites and calendar, so feel free to give it a try as well. You can learn more about Event Aggregator > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/
Please let me know if that works for you.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Thanks,
Jaime

I still have not been able to replicate this issue.
Picking up where we left off, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
