Duplicate attendees when someone signs up

Hi,

When a user registers himself for an event, there is a duplicate for all the attendee entries.

Please find the screenshot below.

I would appreciate a quick response, as this is a high priority alert for our project. Let me know if you need any more information.

Removed my customization from fucntions.php. I fixed the issue. Please close a ticket.
