    Hi there

    We use Event Tickets Pro together with SMTP to send the confirmation emails to our clients. However, while SMTP works and shows the correct sender for other emails, the ticket emails still have “WordPress” as sender. We aren’t sure if SMTP works for the ticket emails or if there is another problem.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    As I understand it, you’d like to change the ticket email sender from “WordPress” to something else.

    Without using SMTP, I see the default sender is the administrator of the site.

    In other words, are you saying that the settings in SMTP are not being honored for ticket emails?  Here are the settings I am referring to:

    The problem was resolved. It was a mistake on our side because it reset the settings in the SMTP plugin without us noticing.
