I just signed up for a premium account but the licence key doesn’t work

How long does this key takes to activate?

I’ve activated sharing system info.

How long does it take? And what should I do with the files that needs to be download?

It is possible that it takes a few hours to activate.

I’m not seeing the system information, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

In the meantime, do you have the free Event Tickets on your site?  That is definitely a good place to start.

And does the key need to be filled in the Event Aggregator license key? Because I purchased Event Ticket plus

Hi Shervin,

The key should be entered into the Event Tickets Plus slot, not the Event Aggregator slot.

After making that adjustment, can you also download the free Event Tickets on your site, since Event Tickets Plus cannot work with Event Tickets.
