    Hi Val,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

With Events Calendar PRO, you can create recurring events like the one you are describing.  You can add exclusions to recurring events, break from event series if necessary, and customize how often the event occurs.  To create the event that you are describing, your event setting would look something like this:

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let me know if anything else comes up!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Mini Calendar Issue #1367499

    Hi Laura,

Thank you for that information.  I see what you mean about those extra dates appearing on your calendar.  It looks like only one event is supposed to show up for October, is that correct?  Do the events with those dates in 2036 actually exist as created events?

As a next step, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and sharing any debug messages you see?

Also, I noticed that you have The Events Calendar Shortcode plugin on your site.  Are you using this plugin to display your events?  We are not affiliated with this plugin in any way and I just want to isolate the issue and see if it is our shortcode that is giving you the issue.  Let me know!

If you view the calendar elsewhere, such as on the events page, does it render correctly?  Do you have any custom code on that page or anywhere else that could be interfering with the display?

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: custom forms and functionality based on event type #1367483

    Hi Andrew,

At this time, there is only one Community Events submission form that can be used at a time.  However, you can submit events into any category.  You do have the ability to customize the form however you’d like, so that you can have users add whatever information you’d like when they submit events to your site.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: custom forms and functionality based on event type #1366533

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

With the use of our plugins alone, users can fill out a registration form on the front end of the site using Community Events.  You can add Community Tickets, so that tickets can be created and purchased for events.

You can customize email templates on your own using our Themer’s Guide as a reference.  Our plugins are highly customizable and although out-of-the-box the ability for an event to be removed upon purchase does not exist, it is possible for you to customize this functionality on your own.

Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Mini Calendar Issue #1366524

    Hi Laura,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Just to confirm, have you tried switching to a default WordPress theme, such as “Twentyseventeen”?  If you haven’t already done so, please give this a try and let me know what you find.

We have had some compatibility issues with Divi that can affect pagination, so we have an extension that may help, if that is the issue:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/elegant-themes-divi-theme-compatibility/

Also, would you mind providing me with a link to the page where you are seeing the issue, as well as the shortcode that you are using?

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Display order details on WooCommerce #1366512

    Hi Jerome,

Thanks so much for reaching out and glad to hear that you made the switch!

As a first step, I would recommend that you update your WordPress version, as well as your Events Calendar, Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce plugins to their most recent versions.  Once everything is updated, we will be able to get a sense of how things are working and what else needs to be adjusted.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Gian Luca,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

With Event Aggregator, you have the ability to import from a variety of sources.  You can schedule imports and adjust your settings so that changes are reflected on your calendars and on your site.

I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

in reply to: Calendar URL not working #1366506

    Hi Jordy,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As I don’t see any licensing information, I’m wondering if you are currently using the free version of The Events Calendar.  If that is the case, you can post your question on our support forum over at WordPress.org, so that we can better assist you there.

If you do have a license, we’d be happy to help you here.  Let me know if you need any further assistance here!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Events not showing on Mobile #1366502

    Hi Kishore,

Thanks so much for reaching out again!

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

I would also recommend that you update your Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO plugins before testing as well.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: seeing incorrect alert about license key expiration #1366398

    Hi Nicole,

    Thanks for reaching out again!

As a first step, please go to Events > Settings > Licenses tab and delete the license for your plugin and save. Then go to https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and disconnect your license from your site by clicking the “Disconnect Now” link. After this, enter your license back again and see if it solves the issue.

If that does not solve the issue, you can always perform a manual update of the plugin by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
