    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    I’m sorry to hear that your Event Aggregator license doesn’t seem to be working.

    Can you check that the Event Aggregator is connected to your current license key? See My Account » Licenses to find your current key.

    You may want to also just manually re-enter the license key, even if it is correct, and ‘Save Changes’.

    Thanks so much for providing us with all of this information.  It was super helpful, as I was able to do some tests on my own site.  I am able to replicate this issue, and it seems to be a bug on our end.

    I have alerted our developers to the issue and have linked this thread to the issue.  You will be notified when the issue has been resolved.

    I’m sorry that there’s not more that we can do right now to assist you with this issue.  I appreciate your patience and understanding through this process.  I’m going to mark this thread as Pending Fix for now.

    As far as BuddyPress goes, you may want to reach out to them or the third-party plugin that I mentioned to find out more details about what users can do with BuddyPress integration.

    We don’t have any specific integration built with BuddyPress but there are no known conflicts between the plugins, so they should work smoothly alongside. There’s also a third-party plugin that integrates The Events Calendar with BuddyPress → https://shop.opentuteplus.com/product/buddypress-events-calendar-plugin/

    As a first step, would you mind updating your Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO, and Community Events plugins to their most recent versions?  You will also want to update WooCommerce and any other plugins that may be related to your payment gateway.

    Hi André,

    Thanks for getting that information to me.

    As a next step, please update your WordPress version to the most recent version (v4.8.2) and update your Events Calendar plugin as well.

    If the issue still persists, please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it).

    Hi Dennis,

    I apologize again for how confusing this can be.  Thank you for your patience here.

    Before moving forward, I just want to ensure that everything is working properly so that we don’t get ahead of ourselves.  You will see a WooCommerce data update message at the top of the screen.  You will want to update that, as well as Events Tickets and Events Tickets Plus to their most recent versions.  I would recommend creating a backup of your site first if possible.

    Let me know if anything appears differently after that, and if you have any other questions along the way!

    Thanks for reaching back out!

    I understand that it may seem like it is not helpful to get general advice, but it is difficult to give specific information sometimes because every site is so different.  There are so many factors at play, so I usually like to start general and try to get more specific if I can.

    With that being said, you may want to look at some of the plugins in this article and see if installing any of them (such as Query Monitor) can help to provide more information about what specifically may be slowing things down.

    How many events, organizers, and venues do you have on your site?

    Hi Kishore,

    Yes, the information in that KB article does work to remove the responsive mobile mode.  You can also look at adjusting the breakpoints in this article as well:

    I took a look at your site and it seems that there are no longer any responsive styles.  I do not see the dots appearing anymore when I view the mobile version of the site.  The links seems to be working as well.
