ParticipantHello, this is Adrià,
At first, I’m sorry for my English,
We have a problem with the completion of credit card purchases. Once you select the product, click on the buy button with credit card and then jump to a screen where it says: Thank you for your order, click on the button to pay with card. But there is no button you can click …
You can check pontuentrada.com/evento/nuevo-evento-para-probar-redsys/We spoke with a help desk theme and they said that the problem is with the plugin.

Thank you very much

KeymasterHi Adrià,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, would you mind updating your Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO, and Community Events plugins to their most recent versions? You will also want to update WooCommerce and any other plugins that may be related to your payment gateway.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Adrià,
Thanks so much for updating your plugins. I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing the same issue.
As a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantHi Jaime,
I’ve been follow the testing for conflicts guide and the issue still same.
If you go to http://pontuentrada.com you’ll see the Twenty Sixteen theme installed, and if you come into the dashboard you’ll see all the plugins desactivated except the events.
Please, We need some help.
Thanks

KeymasterHi Adrià,
Great, thanks for going through our testing for conflicts procedure. I don’t have access to your dashboard, so I cannot verify that all other plugins are deactivated, but one thing to note is that Event Tickets Plus needs WooCommerce to process payments, so that should be activated as well.
Would you mind providing me with an updated system information in a private reply?

Also, please provide me with a link to an event page where you are seeing this issue.
Let me know if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Adrià,
Great, thanks for providing me with that link.
I’m not entirely clear on what the issue is that relates to Event Tickets Plus. One thing that I noticed is that your Redsys WooCommerce plugin is not up-to-date. I would recommend that you update the plugin and then test again to see if you are still experiencing the issue.
It is also worth noting that you will not be able to buy tickets to an event that has passed, so you may want to test with a new event.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
