KeymasterHi Sean,
Thank you for providing me with that information. As a next step, you will want to update your WordPress version to the most recent version (v4.8.2), as well as all of the Events Calendar related plugins. This will ensure that everything is running optimally.
After doing so, please have a look at our Performance Considerations and see if there is anything you can adjust in order to help your site run better:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/performance-considerations/
After that, you may be interested in caching, so take a look at this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/caching-basics/
Let me know how it goes and if you need any further assistance on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterGreat, glad to hear that you are purchasing Event Tickets Plus! We are limited in how we can help, which you can see in our Support Policy. Customizations are a bit beyond the scope of how we can help, but we are always willing to point you in the right direction and get you started. Our plugins are highly customizable and we have plenty of documentation on how to alter them as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterNo problem, you are welcome back in our support forums any time!
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!

KeymasterHi Ihtezaz,
I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue. At this point, you may want to talk to your host and see if they have any suggestions about how to improve the speed of your site, such as upgrading your PHP version. You can also ask them if you have any PHP errors in your error log. This could help to point you in the right direction.
You will also want to update your Events Calendar and all related plugins to their most recent versions.
Another thing you may want to look into is the plugins on this list: https://theeventscalendar.com/favorite-developer-plugins/. Something like Query Monitor may be able to help pinpoint where the issue is occurring.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

Our demo calendar that you were viewing had both Events Calendar PRO and Filter Bar activated on the site.
We also have an Importer Bundle, that contains Events Calendar PRO, Filter Bar, and Event Aggregator, at a discounted price.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Luca,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
and, how can allow users to insert news tag?
Users can add tags to their events that have already been created by the administrator on the back end. You can create new tags by going to Events>Tags.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Elton,
Thanks so much for reaching out! We are currently experiencing a large volume of threads and we appreciate your patience here.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Can you also provide me with a link to the page that you are having issues with?
You can also start to <span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”>try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.</span>

KeymasterHi,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
By default, the [tribe_events] shortcode displays from the current date/time. You can add in a date range, which will allow users to see past events.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
Also, please feel free to vote on this idea, as we take our customer feedback into consideration when implementing new features:

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

KeymasterHi Tripti,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
At this time, the only bundle that contains both of those products is the Ultimate Bundle, though it also contains a whole host of other products as well.
If you are not in the market for all of our plugins, your best bet may be to upgrade to Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus a la carte.
I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Rachael,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m not entirely sure what you are referring to with Event Hub. You can see our suite of plugins here.
We do have a Nonprofit Partnership Program, which you can apply for here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp/
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Urs,
Welcome and thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, out of the box, there is no popup on the Events Calendar widget like the one on the Events Calendar.
You might be able to override this widget’s output yourself (reference our Themer’s Guide).
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
- If your website only has one event, you can try out our free Events Calendar plugin to start.
- In order to manage tickets and attendees with a QR code, you may want to consider purchasing our Events Tickets Plus plugin.
- If your event is RSVP only, and you do not need WooCommerce, you can use Event Tickets, although this does not come with QR codes.
As for your additional questions, it sounds like you can achieve what you are looking for with some customizations. If you’d like additional assistance with your Event Tickets plugin, feel free to post a thread on our WordPress.org forums.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime
