    Hi There,

    We have been working with your plugins and have recently been getting an error. I have attached a image to the ticket.

    Please would you be able to take a look and advise us what the problme is?

    Im not sure we can do this as we are on version The Events Calendar PRO, Version 4.1.2 |

    Would it be possible fo ryou to login with the credentials I provide you?

    Hi James,

    Unfortunately, as per our Support Policy, we cannot log in to your site.  However, as a first step, I would recommend that you create a backup of your site, and then update your plugins to their most recent versions.  Plugin updates contain bug fixes and can resolve issues themselves.  Once you have updated, if you are still seeing the error, you should be able to provide us with your system information at that point.

    Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions along the way!

    Thanks so much for providing me with that information!  As a next step, would you mind updating your Events Calendar, Event Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce plugins and WordPress version?
