Hello, I have an Events Calendar PRO multisite license. When I go to my website’s Plugins screen, I see an alert stating that my license key has expired and that I need to renew.

However, when I go to Events > Settings and click the Licenses tab, the message under the License Key field says my key is valid and it expires on 2018-09-01. This information is correct.

Is there any way I can stop the incorrect alerts so Events Calendar PRO will resume updating?

I attached screenshots from the Plugins and Settings screens to show what I’m seeing.

    Hi Nicole,

    Thanks for reaching out again!

As a first step, please go to Events > Settings > Licenses tab and delete the license for your plugin and save. Then go to https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and disconnect your license from your site by clicking the “Disconnect Now” link. After this, enter your license back again and see if it solves the issue.

If that does not solve the issue, you can always perform a manual update of the plugin by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics.
