Outlook calendar sync

Hello,
is it possible with your software to synchronize Outlook calendar of users?
as administrator I need to be able to publish a new event in the outlook calendar of a group o users and we are looking for a software can do this

With Event Aggregator, you have the ability to import from a variety of sources.  You can schedule imports and adjust your settings so that changes are reflected on your calendars and on your site.
