KeymasterHi Corey,
It’s difficult to say why this may have happened without some more information, and I completely understand that you don’t want to see this happen again.
If you see something like this happen again, or you want to check that everything is running smoothly for your next event, please reply with your system information and the link you use to import the event from Eventbrite so that I can look at things on my end.
Something you may also want to do if/when you see something like this happen is to start off my testing for conflicts, so that you can get more information about where the issue may be.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brian,
Thanks so much for getting all of that information to me!
Is it possible that the calendar is still pulling results from multiple calendars related to your google calendar, as you mentioned in your previous thread?
I tried importing the calendar on my test site and did not see any duplicates on my end.
You may also want to try increasing max_input_vars in php.ini, as detailed in your error log.
And if you haven’t already done so, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Andrei,
Okay, good to know. Unfortunately, we are limited by how much we can assist with customizations, as per our Support Policy, but I will try to point you in the right direction as best as I can.
This snippet should reverse the order for Photo View:

KeymasterHi Adrià,
Great, thanks for going through our testing for conflicts procedure. I don’t have access to your dashboard, so I cannot verify that all other plugins are deactivated, but one thing to note is that Event Tickets Plus needs WooCommerce to process payments, so that should be activated as well.
Would you mind providing me with an updated system information in a private reply?

Also, please provide me with a link to an event page where you are seeing this issue.
Let me know if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nicole,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind walking me through how you are importing this event? I see that it is an Eventbrite event and it is possible that you may not be able to import this event without the Evenbrite Tickets add-on.
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

KeymasterHi Marina,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Since you suspect that this may be a theme issue, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin

KeymasterHi Wanlapa,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Tickets Plus, you can create custom customizable ticket templates and require that users are logged in before registering.
Fields are pre-populated at checkout, such as Name, Email Address, etc. The registration is not pre-populated by default however.
As far as payment options go, payments are handled in WooCommerce, so you have all WooCommerce Payment Gateways to choose from. There is an option to pay directly from a bank account, though I’m not entirely sure if you’d be able to do so from a college account. PayPal is definitely supported.
You will have the ability to show an attendee list on the front end with Events Tickets Plus.
You may also be interested in our Themer’s Guide, which is a comprehensive guide about how to customize our plugins:

October 31, 2017 at 5:41 am in reply to: Looking for some basic and some advanced features in this plugin #1372026Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Haneef,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
We appreciate your feedback and adding your requests to our Feature and Product Ideas. We usually update individual ideas as they are implemented, so you will be able to see feedback there.
Our plugins are highly customizable and if you are interested, you can take a look at our Themer’s Guide in order to see what templates and views can be modified to begin to attempt to achieve what you are looking for:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
If these features are a requirement for your purchase of Events Calendar PRO and Event Aggregator, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Paul,
Welcome and thanks so much for reaching out!
It sounds like you may be interested in Community Events, which allows users to submit events to a community calendar.
With Community Events, if you go to Events Settings< Community, you can require Users to have a WordPress account in order to add an event:

You may also be interested in learning about and customizing Admin Roles and Permissions. You may want to install Members plugin in order to make this scenario work:

KeymasterHi Rowland,
Welcome and thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue! As a first step, please update your Events Calendar plugin to the most recent version (v4.6.2).
Then, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

KeymasterHi Andy,
In order to pull individual events from Facebook, you can click on the event and visit the page for the individual event. You can then copy and paste that URL and import it onto your site. For example, the event that you were trying to import in February has this individual URL:

KeymasterHi Fredrik,
In order for organizers to get paid automatically, a PayPal account must be set up for payments to be taken. In other words, for the scenario with split payments, you can only use PayPal.
If you were interested in collecting with Stripe, the site owner could manually distribute payments to organizers.
I hope this helps to clarify things for you, please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime
