KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As with the other thread that you referenced, have you tried adding the snippet provided by a user to your site?

Let me know how it goes!

KeymasterHi Don,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can create filtered calendars automatically using categories, but Filter Bar cannot automatically filter calendars based on member profiles.
You can create a Members Only calendar using one of the methods outlined here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-members-calendar/
It is possible to create a User-Specific Calendar, but this would require quite a bit of custom code, which is beyond the scope of what we can offer, as outlined in our Support Policy.
To get you started, here is a forum thread where a user asked a similar question. This may be able to point you in the right direction:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/user-specific-events-based-on-survey-profile/
And here is our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates you may need to edit in order to achieve what you are looking for:

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ilkka,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, here is our article on CSV imports, just to ensure that your tickets are being imported using the proper procedures:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Would you mind providing me with the CSV that you are using to import your tickets? I’d like to do some testing on my end. Unfortunately, we cannot log in to your site as per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jacky,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Alex,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO, you can use the recurring events feature to create one event that has multiple dates, even if that date does not have a pattern. It would look something like this in the Edit Event screen:

If you would not like all of these events to show in your Events List Widget or something similar, you could mark certain events as Featured Events and only display those events, or only display events in a certain category or tag.
$89 includes Events Calendar PRO, along with access to our premium support forums. Additional add-on can be added at an additional fee.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jason,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are having this issue with importing your events. I tried importing events from the link you provided and this is what I see:

I’m assuming that the times are off here too, please confirm with me.
When I go to the Edit Event screen for one of your imported events, it shows the timezone as UTC:

As a first step, please review your timezone settings and see if that fixes the issue:

Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Nicole,
I apologize for misunderstanding. Now I see that you are adding a link in a custom field, and that link is not displaying properly. Would you mind sharing with me how you are displaying that link?
If you go to Event Settings < Additional Fields, you can add a field for a URL there. I tested out that process with the link that you provided with a default theme, and it works properly for me. Here is information about that process to review:

KeymasterHi Andrei,
I completely understand how you feel. Were you able to try the snippet that I provided you with in my last reply? I tested it myself and it should help you to display Photo View in reverse chronological order, as you had asked.
You are also welcome to add this idea to our feature requests, as we take our customer feedback into account when implementing new features:

Please let me know how it goes and if there’s anything else I can assist you with!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sean,
I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue. If you haven’t already done so, I would recommend updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins, as well as your version of WordPress to the most recent version.
Is that code that you are referring to custom code? You may also want to install Query Monitor, which may be able to further point you to where things may be slowing down.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Adrià,
Great, thanks for providing me with that link.
I’m not entirely clear on what the issue is that relates to Event Tickets Plus. One thing that I noticed is that your Redsys WooCommerce plugin is not up-to-date. I would recommend that you update the plugin and then test again to see if you are still experiencing the issue.
It is also worth noting that you will not be able to buy tickets to an event that has passed, so you may want to test with a new event.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Haneef,
I completely understand that customizing our plugins could be something that is quite an undertaking. In the meantime, we are working on our WPML compatibility for multilingual support. Here is more information on how to configure Events Calendar with WPML:

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

November 1, 2017 at 4:44 am in reply to: Adding Community Events Plugin to a Multisite setup #1372734Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Paul,
If you only want to use our plugin on a handful of sub-sites (10 or fewer) and are willing to perform manual updates, then you do not need a multisite license. In this case you can purchase a Personal license (for 1 sub-site), Business license (for 2-3 sub-sites) or an Agency license (for 4-10 sub-sites).
I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime
