It’s difficult to say why this may have happened without some more information, and I completely understand that you don’t want to see this happen again.
If you see something like this happen again, or you want to check that everything is running smoothly for your next event, please reply with your system information and the link you use to import the event from Eventbrite so that I can look at things on my end.
Something you may also want to do if/when you see something like this happen is to start off my testing for conflicts, so that you can get more information about where the issue may be.
