    Hi Brian,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

in reply to: Ticket allocation before order is marked as complete #1410805

    Hi Matthew,

You can cancel the order in WooCommerce and delete the attendees.  You can also edit the stock on the WooCommerce Product Page for that ticket under the Inventory tab.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Previous and next week view links giving 404 #1410802

    Hi Karen,

Okay, I understand.  Have you made any changes to the plugin code itself?

In addition, it seems that you don’t have what day the week starts on set in WordPress (or it just isn’t showing up in your system information).  Can you reset this settings in Settings > General?

As always, let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Urgent: Add event functionality #1410794

    Hi Shah,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’m glad you were able to resolve your first issue.  In regards to your second question, it seems that these links are for different pages.  The first link prompts a log-in for your main page, while the second link prompts a log-in for the Submit an Event page.

Does this answer your question?  Let me know if you need any further clarity.

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Past Events #1410792

    Hi Kimberly,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

In order to hide past events, you can set them to Private, if you’d like to keep them on your site.

Alternatively, you can try the snippet supplied in the following forum post:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-hide-past-events-3/

You can create a category called Past Events, and manually assign events that have passed to that category.  If you want, you can use a shortcode to display that category of events:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Sneha,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

You can edit the stock by going to the WooCommerce Product Page for that ticket.  You can find the stock by going to the Inventory tab on that page.  You can also update the total_sales custom meta box on that page as well.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Monthly Calendar view now messed up! #1410761

    Hi Thierry,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Before proceeding, please make sure you are working with the most recent versions of our plugins.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Steven,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

It seems like you’ve been making progress with your custom integration, which is great!

Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

in reply to: Deleting Tickets belonging to a past Events #1410757

    Hi April,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Unfortunately, there isn’t a quick way to delete old tickets.  If you want, you can bulk delete events, but it sounds like you want to keep the events intact.

You can try a third-party plugin like Bulk Delete and configure it to delete past tickets.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Scheduler not importing events from Meetup.com #1410750

    Hi Greg,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Have you been able to import from that group before?  It seems that the URL is not working, as I got the same results as you.  However I am able to import from another Meetup group.

Can you check the privacy settings on that page?  It is possible that it is blocking you from being able to import it.

    Let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Export phone number #1410741

    Hi Wim,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Although using this snippet does not allow for the phone number to be exported, one thing that you can do is to add a phone number slot under “Attendee Information” when you create a ticket. This extra information will show up in an export of attendee information.

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
