KeymasterI’m sorry to hear that Duplicate Post did not copy the ticket information over. Unfortunately, I don’t have another solution for this feature. You are welcome to vote on the existing feature request for that idea here:
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Karen,
I’m sorry that you are still getting these errors. Unfortunately I have not been able to replicate this issue on my local site, so let’s keep troubleshooting here.
I know that you have already checked the issue with a default theme, and it seems that we have ruled out the theme as an issue. I do see a number of plugins that do have the potential to interact with our plugins, so I think an important next step would be for you to run through the full testing for conflicts procedure, so that only our plugin and a default theme are in place.
Once there, I’d recommend flushing your permalinks and checking if you still get the 404s.
Please let me know if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Laura,
Glad to hear that the update resolved your issue!
If you’d like to show past events with a shortcode, you can add a date to the shortcode, which will force past events to show up.

KeymasterHi Ben,
Thanks for getting that information to me!
I noticed that you do still have at least one other plugin enabled still. Would you mind disabling it to test if the issue still occurs?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brett,
Okay, I understand now. I just tested this scenario on my local site and I am able to uncheck the Checkbox, once it has been checked.
With that in mind, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Steven,
In that case, I think the best place to start would be the single-organizer.php template file.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Laurel,
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing multiple issues with our plugins. There is a known bug that we are currently working on in relation to Start Time, but it seems that you are also experiencing some other issues as well.
In that case, as a next troubleshooting step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

December 22, 2017 at 8:53 am in reply to: Ticket allocation before order is marked as complete #1411774Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Matthew,
You are correct, there are a few different steps involved in cancelling an order/removing attendees. This process unfortunately does not happen automatically, however it does give you the choice of whether you want to put those cancelled orders back in stock.
You most likely will still have to edit the stock after cancelling an order, to ensure that your numbers are still correct. Here is our article on the Cancellation Process, which may help to provide some clarity to you:

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Christoper,
Thanks so much for providing all of that information. Unfortunately, it looks like Event Aggregator cannot currently delete events that once existed in Google Calendar.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there:
Please let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Christopher,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind providing me with a URL to the google calendar that you are importing, so that I can do some testing on my end?
In the meantime, can you make sure that your import settings reflect that you’d like changes to be overwritten from your google calendar:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregator-import-settings/
Can you also enable the Event Log, under Events < Help and check the Event Aggregator System Status to see if anything unusual appears?
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Leon,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
The most recent version of the plugin is 4.4.20.1, so that is strange that you are seeing a message to update to 4.4.21.
In any case, can you try uploading the plugin manually?

Thanks,
