Wrong order/content with "Show only the first instance of each recurring event"

Since the latest version of The Events Calendar PRO (4.4.20) enabling “Show only the first instance of each recurring event” shows the wrong order of events, and sometimes drops some events from the listing that should appear. This also happens when using the “tribeHideRecurrence” option when querying with tribe_get_events.

Seems a similar issue popped up back in 2014, and might have come up again?

Thanks! That seems to have done the trick. I was seeing a couple oddities when in a different month then flipping to list view, but not able to replicate now. Will post another thread if needed 🙂
