EC Pro won't update on my wordpress site

Hi, we renewed our subscription to EC Pro on Dec 8th. But, i’ve been trying to update to version 4.4.21 today and it just doesn’t do it. At first it says it was updated successfully, but then it comes up again as needing updating. Do I need to do something different to update the license key or anything? The website is:

I’m sorry to hear that you are having an issue with updating your plugin.  Can you try updating manually with this tutorial:
