KeymasterHi Frank,
Unfortunately this bug has not yet been resolved, however it has been moved up to a high priority at this time.
For now, a workaround would be to roll back to version 4.6 of our plugin and you should see that functionality return.
You can do this via your Downloads page. Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Dallas,
Thanks for providing me with all of that information!
When you get those errors, is there any loss of functionality on your site? In other words, are you able to still export your attendees without issue or are you unable to export your attendees when these error messages occur?
These are warnings, and therefore if there is no loss of functionality to your site, you can hide these errors by setting WP_DEBUG to false.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterDo things work as expected when Elementor is deactivated? That is how you can confirm where the issue is occurring.
Let me know how it goes!

KeymasterHi Gregory,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to clarify, are you saying that you have reached your import limit for the day? If so, unfortunately there is no way to undo that, other than to wait until tomorrow. You can always purchase another level of imports with Event Aggregator if you think that you will need more, or want more today.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Matt,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
For your first issue, try adding the following CSS to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet:
dd.tribe-events-event-url a {
overflow-wrap: break-word;
}For your issue with the footer, try adding the following CSS:
div#main.clearfix {
padding:0px;
}
Let me know how that all works out for you!Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Matt,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Andrei,
Thanks for reaching out again!
Unfortunately we don’t officially support any Open Graph plugins, though a quick Google Search brought up this Open Graph plugin.
Since we are not affiliated with these plugins in any way, we can provide support on these plugins.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi David,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, can you try updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins and test if the issue still occurs?
In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kayla,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately if the venues are all slightly different, there is no automatic way for the venues to be merged, other than to manually do it yourself.
As you’ve discovered, once you click on the Merge Duplicates button, it is no longer visible. We do have a bug report currently logged for this issue.
I have added this thread to the report so that you will be notified when a fix becomes available.
In the meantime, you can use the following custom code to bring this button back:
function always_show_venue_amalgamator_button( $option, $default, $name ) {
if ( $name !== 'organizer_venue_amalgamation' ) {
return $option;
}return 0;
}add_filter( 'tribe_get_single_option', 'always_show_venue_amalgamator_button', 10, 3 );Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brian,
Can you try asking your host to turn off Object Caching and see if the issue is still present?
You can also follow this thread from the GoDaddy help section to do this yourself.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Thomas,
Unfortunately I believe that the way the address is currently displayed is intended. As stated where you can edit your address: “The following addresses will be used on the checkout page by default.”
The company name is not displayed on the Subscriptions page because it is not a checkout page. If you’d like the company name added, you can add the company name to your name as well for now.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Wayne,
Okay, let’s work through these groups and see what we can do to make things work.
With this group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/AlisoNiguelDemocraticClub/?ref=group_header, it is a private Facebook group. When I go to this group, I cannot see the events there because it is a private group. Unfortunately, Event Aggregator can only import events from public groups at this time, which is why it is not working.
This group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/canyon.democrats/?ref=group_header is also a closed group, which is why it is not creating any imports.
For this group: https://www.facebook.com/pg/DCWOC/events/, I was able to import the event on February 1 without any issue. So let’s work with this URL for now. First off, I see that you have imports set to a status of Pending. Can you check if that import show up there? Alternatively, can you try changing the status to Published to see if your event shows up on your calendar after importing?
In addition, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
