KeymasterHi Steve,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
Do you have breakpoints set up for your website? In other words, these are specific styles that go into effect with different screen sizes. If that is the case, I’d recommend adding the code that you have to your mobile breakpoints as well.
You can also add breakpoints in for your mobile styles if you don’t have these set up already.
Let me know how this goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Rachel,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site!
Are you able to use the Events Calendar PRO and Event Aggregator functionality at all?
If you go to Events > Help, you can scroll down and see your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Can you also check that the Event Aggregator is connected to your current license key? See My Account » Licenses to find your current key.
You may want to also just manually re-enter the license key, even if it is correct, and ‘Save Changes’.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi David,
Thanks so much for all of that information and for bringing this issue to our attention!
I can confirm the behavior that you are describing and have logged a bug report for this issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Amanda,
I’m sorry that you keep experiencing this issue! We will try to get to the bottom of it so that it doesn’t continue to occur.
If you go to Settings < General, do you see your timezone set there? If so, what do you see? If not, you can try setting it to see if the issue goes away after doing so.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Lara,
Have you had a chance to go through our testing for conflicts procedure? You can try switching to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’ to see if the featured image issue still occurs there.
Other than that, you can try a third-party featured image plugin like this one. Since we are not affiliated with this plugin, we cannot make any guarantees about compatibility and features.
Let me know how it all goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Allen,
Since the issue is with Elementor, rather than our plugin, I’d recommend reaching out to their support to see if they have any suggestions for this issue and if they have encountered it before.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Andrei,
Since we are only associated with our own plugins, and not entire websites as a whole, we focus on making our plugins great and working on our plugins exclusively.
I hope that my suggestion helped to point you in the right direction, is there anything else I can assist you with related to this topic?
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Matt,
I’m sorry that you were unsatisfied with my response. In general, it is usually a good tactic to start off by seeing if there is a conflict, so that we can move on and troubleshoot fresh. Of course, using CSS to hide unwanted text is always an option, and I’m glad that you found a resolution that way.
Is there anything else I can help you with at this time?
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Rehan,
If you are within 30 days of purchase, you can apply for a full refund here.
What did you want me to check for with you testing URL? Are you having issues using your license for both your dev and live sites?
Let me know how I can assist you!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Wayne,
Thanks for providing me with that information. As I mentioned in my previous reply, I was able to import the event from https://www.facebook.com/pg/DCWOC/events/ without issue, so let’s try to further investigate what might be causing this issue on your site.
Let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi David,
Thanks for updating! Event Aggregator updates come with The Events Calendar, so if that is all updated, then there is nothing else to do there.
Can you give me an example of what you mean by “Set an Additional Field value”?
Perhaps a screenshot would be helpful so that I can replicate what you are doing exactly. I have done some testing with your Google Calendar on my end with the settings that you have. I have tried changing the date on the event, then re-imported the event, and can confirm that the changes were preserved as expected.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Annette,
Thanks for providing me with your theme. Although I cannot make any guarantees, as this is slightly beyond the scope of support that we can provide, as per our Support Policy, I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
I took a look at your theme, and it looks like you can enter the Google Maps API by going to Theme Admin < Theme Options on your Dashboard. Can you remove it from there (if it is there)? You should still have it set up in your Event Settings.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Amanda,
I’m sorry that those articles did not help to resolve your issue. Looking back at your previous thread, I’m not quite sure what the resolution was.
Can you tell me what it was that resolved your issue the first time?
In the meantime, I’d recommend updating your PHP version if possible. After doing so, the next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
