KeymasterHi Thomas,
I have reached out to my colleagues to get some feedback on this issue. In the meantime, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see, as well as your PHP error logs, and possible errors in your Event Aggregator Status under Events < Help.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
February 8, 2018 at 6:06 am in reply to: Events Tickets Plus error message overriding WooCommerce Membership #1447546Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Gretchen,
I’m not sure if you saw my previous reply. Anyway, can you take a screenshot of a ticket that you have set up, along with the Memberships tab that is set up at the bottom of that page?
I’d like to try to replicate the scenario that you are experiencing.
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi John,
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
Can you show me, perhaps in a screenshot or with URLs, the difference between the calendar you want to achieve and the “squished” calendar that you were referring to? Perhaps we can fix this with a bit of CSS, since the URLs seem to be working now.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Chris,
Thank you for your feedback. I’ll try to assist you further to help you to achieve the results that you are looking for. Can you share a screenshot of what you are working on? You should be able to select multiple categories within the Filter Bar at one time. Are you seeing different results? Is this the functionality that you are looking for?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Antonio,
Thanks for providing me with that information. You can try running your URLs through Google Structured Data Testing Tool, which may be able to give you some more information about your URLs.
In any case, are the duplicate event URLs affecting your site in any way? It sounds like you cannot edit those events, is that the case?
If so, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Suzi,
I’m sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our plugins so far. Unfortunately I’m not able to find any licenses attached to your email address. If you could link me to your other forum requests, I could assist you over there. I’m not seeing any screenshot attached to this thread, probably because this is the pre-sales forum. If you could either link me to your other requests, or start a new thread in our premium forums, we could better assist you that way.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Matt,
I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I have confirmed this issue as a bug within our plugin.
I have logged a bug report for this issue and you will be notified when a fix has become available.
In the meantime, I’d recommend reaching out to WooCommerce to see if they have any further suggestions for you related to this issue, as the issue is related to their plugin as well.
Thank you for your patience in this process. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
This is probably a question you may want to bring up with your payment gateway, but I found some information that may be useful to you in going into Test Mode:

KeymasterHi Suzi,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
It sounds like you are interested in our Event Aggregator plugin, is this correct?
With Event Aggregator, you can choose which events to import from Facebook into your calendar. You can import Facebook pages, or single Facebook events as well, depending on your needs.
Please let me know if you have any further questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
You can migrate all of your events over to Events Calendar PRO by using WordPress Export Tools, after which you can import your events back onto your site.
This article can provide some more detailed information about that process:

I hope this helps to answer your question! Please let me know if you need any further clarification!
