    Hi Andrew,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

It sounds like you are trying to create something like this, with 1 ticket available for each time slot, and multiple tickets displayed on one page:

This functionality is definitely possible by default; You can also move tickets around on the backend and add additional descriptions for the tickets and other information.

Feel free to take a look at our demo as well here.

We also have an awesome 30-day full refund policy so if things end up not working out for you after giving it a try, you are welcome to a full refund.

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Derek,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

One thing you can do is to create a members-only calendar.  In the following example, this is set up for logged-in users only, but you can adjust things to suit you needs.

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Hi Matt,

Thanks so much for reaching out again!

It sounds like you were able to figure out a solution to your issue.  Did you have any further questions that I can assist you with?

    Let me know!

    Hi Nina,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Would you mind sending me a link to the page where you are seeing this?  I was unable to locate this issue on my own on your site.

In the meantime, do you still see the same results on your site when switching to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?

    Let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Recurring Events show all not working due to pagination #1448080

    Hi Job,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Would you mind sending me the URL to this event, so that I can take a look at it?

In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Arta,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.

Without this customization on your site, are your attendees showing up correctly on the backend?  In other words, are you just trying to configure your customization or do you feel that expected behavior is not working properly?

As for your second issue, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

    Hi Norman,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

By default, this isn’t something that is a built-in function, but you can try altering the snippet in the following forum post to help you to achieve the results that you are looking for:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/add-attendee-telephone-number-to-attendee-list/

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

    Hi Anna,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or to your WordPress Customizer:
    .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-loop .tribe-event-featured .tribe-events-event-image {
    float: left !important;
    width: 26% !important;
    }

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Event Aggregator multiple problems #1447591

    Hi Eva,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your feedback on our products!

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?

Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Joakim,

Thanks so much for sharing your solution! I’m glad you were able to find a resolution that works for you!

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Missing "check in" row in the event organiser's dashboard #1447578

    Hi Sami,

I’m glad that at least the functionality is working as expected for you.  Unfortunately, that is the way that it is designed for the Contributor role at this time.  You do have the option to create a new Admin user for the person checking people in, so that you see the Check-in box on the side.

You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

in reply to: Front end tickets not reflecting back end #1447569

    Hi Brett,

Okay let’s check a few things:

    • Can you go to Edit Ticket (click on pencil on right in screenshot) and see what it says there
    • If you go to the WooCommerce product page for that ticket, what do you see under the total_sales meta box?
    • On WooCommerce product page, under Inventory, do you have “Manage Stock?” enabled?
    • You mentioned this only happens for some RSVPs, any pattern there?  Cancelled orders, etc.?

    Let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi TJ,

I was able to confirm the issue with Enfold and replicate the scenario that you were describing.

I have logged a bug report for this issue and you will be notified when a fix has become available.

In the meantime, I’d recommend reaching out to Enfold to see if they have any further suggestions for you related to this issue.  Please let me know if they can provide any further assistance!

Thank you for your patience in this process.  Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
